This universal starter toolkit set makes it possible and very easy to replace front and rear wheel bearings, brake rotors, and more on passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs directly on the vehicle in 15 – 30 minutes. No more time-consuming struggles in the shop press. Heavy hammering is devastating for the wheel bearing and other sensitive parts when removing seized brake rotors. Airbags have been triggered in some cases as a result of heavy hammering. Also included is this brake rotor puller that will safely and effectively press the brake rotor with Ø260 – 330 mm (10 – 13”) of the hub with up to 22 tons of force. No damage on the wheel bearing or other sensitive parts, quick, easy, and safe.
The bearing puller set included in this toolkit is for Trucks (¼ Ton) and SUVs with 5 lugged hubs. Seized bearings can be a real challenge to replace but with this tool, you’ll change bearings in no time. Hammering, chiseling, and all sorts of brute force can damage the vehicle and even the tech. Ford Explorer, Ram 1500, Jeep, GM, Toyota, and many more models are covered in this set.
Build out the tool system as you go.
The tool system is very easy to build out as you go. Start with the basic starter toolkit or any other of our starter kits and add the manual power source 20-03001. Add the hydraulic power source 20-03002 or the pneumatic power source 20-03003 to do the really heavy work for you.
This universal toolkit does NOT include the power source which you need to use this kit. Make your choice of power source set: 20-03001, 20-03002, or 20-03003.
