Basic Starter Toolkit

This basic starter toolkit makes it possible and very easy to replace front and rear wheel bearings and more on passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs directly on the vehicle in 15 – 30 minutes. Wheel bearings with separate hubs can be replaced on the car quickly and easily if you use this toolkit. This tool is specially developed for pressing out rusted & glued axle shafts directly on the car. The holes for the wheel bolts are oval to fit on almost all passenger cars with 4 & 5 holed hubs. With this equipment you avoid heating, splitting of the axle shaft or damage to other parts. No more time-consuming struggles in the shop press.

The tool system is very easy to build out as you go. Start with the basic starter toolkit or any other of our starter kits and add the manual power source 20-03001 the hydraulic power source 20-03002 or the pneumatic power source 20-03003 to do the really heavy work for you.

This universal basic starter toolkit does NOT include the power source which you need to use this kit. Make your choice of power source set: 20-03001, 20-03002, or 20-03003.

Basic Extended Starter Toolkit

This basic extended toolkit makes it possible and very easy to replace front and rear wheel bearings and more on passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs directly on the vehicle in 15 – 30 minutes. By using this set, the pressed-in wheel bearings with separate hubs can be replaced on the car very quickly. ABS sensors, ball joints, etc. are left untouched with the use of a hydraulic cylinder.  No more time-consuming struggles in the shop press. This extension set will disassemble the most stubborn and corroded bolted-in wheel bearings, even with the axle still in the hub. The wheel bearing is replaced directly on the car with minimum disassembly.

Pro Universal Starter toolKit

This universal starter toolkit set makes it possible and very easy to replace front and rear wheel bearings, brake rotors, and more on passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs directly on the vehicle in 15 – 30 minutes. No more time-consuming struggles in the shop press. Heavy hammering is devastating for the wheel bearing and other sensitive parts when removing seized brake rotors. Airbags have been triggered in some cases as a result of heavy hammering. Also included is this brake rotor puller that will safely and effectively press the brake rotor with Ø260 – 330 mm (10 – 13”) of the hub with up to 22 tons of force. No damage on the wheel bearing or other sensitive parts, quick, easy, and safe.

The bearing puller set included in this toolkit is for Trucks (¼ Ton) and SUVs with 5 lugged hubs. Seized bearings can be a real challenge to replace but with this tool, you’ll change bearings in no time.
